Covid-19 Delivery Update

Our priority is to always serve our customers responsibly and with friendliness. During this challenging time we are ensuring our standards remain high and customer service is still our number one focus.

We are practicing social distancing in our warehouse, with limited staff working over split shifts. The Health and Safety of our team is top of mind and while we are doing our very best to send your orders on the same day, some days this just isn’t possible. 

Please keep in mind when placing your order that all parcel carriers are experiencing incredibly high demand at this time and they are experiencing delays in delivery time frames. Our aim to send your parcel as quickly as we can and have as little contact with your parcel as possible. Also, deliveries can be dropped at your door. 

We just ask our values customers to please be patient and understanding that the freight and postal services are doing everything within their power to catch up in this unprecedented time.
