Delivery Update Information

Our priority is to always serve our customers responsibly and with friendliness. During this challenging time we are ensuring our standards remain high and customer service is still our number one focus.

Staff are practicing social distancing in our supplier's warehouse, with limited staff working over split shifts. The Health and Safety of all involved is top of mind and while they are doing our very best to send your orders on the same day, some days this just isn’t possible. 
Current updated time frames provided by Australia Post indicate 3-8 business day ETA. Our aim is to send your parcel as quickly as we can and have as little contact with your parcel as possible. Also, deliveries can be dropped at your door. 
We just ask our valued customers to please be patient and understanding that the freight and postal services are doing everything within their power to catch up in this unprecedented time.
Overnight Delivery/Urgent Orders - At this time we do not have an overnight delivery service :(
Due to increased competition from other costume stores, all orders are dispatched direct to customer from our main supplier in Melbourne. Please contact us if you have any queries about this.
